In order to perform your best, your Soccer products need to be just right. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition. Please allow up to 10 calendar days from the day you return your package for your return to be exchange completed.
Please understand that we cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" and please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will be for merchandise only; we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.
There are no returns allowed on Sale Items, customized items, videos, or DVD's with opened packaging.
Any item that shows signs of wear will no longer be in original condition. We recommend that you try everything on indoors. Xtreme Soccer will not accept or process your return if the items are not in their original condition. Xtreme Soccer makes the final determination whether the items are suitable for return or exchange.
